Vertical Dance Adult Fliers
Vertical dance uses the equipment (ropes, harnesses and abseil devices) of climbing and working at height to dance in the air and on walls. It is a great way to get fitter, learn new skills, be creative and of course, FLY!
You don't need any previous experience to do these classes - we will guide you through using the equipment safely and introduce you to vertical dance techniques. There will also be opportunities for creative play in the air.
