Nature, Wellbeing & Creativity in Kimmel Bay

On this eight-week course, you will spend some time outdoors, try out mindfulness in nature, and do fun, easy activities to get creative inspiration from nature.Back indoors, we will experiment using natural inks and collage to make our own lovely little handmade books.Led by Artist and Eco-Therapist Caroline Schofield
