The art and animation exhibition provides new voices and perspectives on this important part of Black History in North Wales. It was a collaborative effort involving children and the communities in North Wales and Central Africa.
Out and about: an LGBTQ+ series - Gender & Sexuality: Creating a Safe Space with Kayley Roberts

Kayley is a Person-Centred counsellor specialising in working with queer clients and is a member of the queer community. They volunteer for an LGBTQ+ youth group, and are on the committee of volunteers who organise North Wales Pride.
Join Kayley Roberts for this workshop as they talk about how to create a safe space for LGBTQIA+ friends and colleagues to come out, including how to deal with judgement and what to do if you make a mistake.
Aims of the Workshop:
• To help you feel confident in creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ friends, family and colleagues to come out.
• Taking it back to basics, cutting out the statistics and sticking to the everyday.
• Going beyond Powerpoint knowledge, and into practical application.
