Fusion
Fusion is a Welsh Government scheme which aims to help tackle poverty.
It creates opportunities for people who might not normally get the chance to be involved with heritage and culture. Recent activities in Conwy County include:

- museum visits
- archive projects
- improving digital skills
- wellbeing projects
- volunteering opportunities
- reminiscence projects
- photography opportunities
- gaining a qualification opportunities
